The Daily Focus · the distribution
How much pressure needs to be released is set by the field, not by a wish. A Daily Focus shifts the distribution within a leeway of 10, 15, 20 percent.
All figures here are Rico’s experience-based values, not measurements. He gives them so that you can picture the order of magnitude.
Two kinds of work in a day
On every day of the remote energy work, Rico’s work splits into two parts. The larger part goes to the causes: Rico strengthens the places in the field where something arises. The smaller part goes to the pressure: he takes away enough of it that the field can move.
Rico Brunner’s experience-based values, not measurements. Where there is a range, the circle shows roughly the middle. The ranges do not always add up to exactly 100 percent; they are given here as Rico states them.
When a field is very overloaded
Not every field starts at 90 to 10. If a field is so overloaded that it cannot move at all, Rico first has to take away more pressure. Otherwise the work on the causes would overload it even more. He does this even without a Daily Focus. If such a person chooses a Daily Focus, the leeway is small.
Examples from Rico’s description, not measurements.
Why only five percent here? With a field that has many injuries, a lot of overload and many functions that are not running, it is all the more important that the work on the causes continues. A larger leeway would cost more than it brings.
When a field holds up
It is the other way round with a field that works well. There, Rico has a lot of leeway. An example: the work is going well, and someone chooses two or three Daily Focus days in a row. Then on those days Rico can sometimes use 60 percent for the pressure and 40 for the causes. Before that, he may have worked 90 percent on the causes. There is room for this in the overall course.
Rico gives an example of this from Development. If someone is doing well and has an exam week ahead, Rico can mainly regulate the pressure for a week. In his experience, this does not harm the field, because the functions are working. With a field that does not hold up anyway, the same would be a mistake: anyone who looks only at the pressure there harms it.
Later, not less
What happens to the work on the causes that gets less attention on a Daily Focus? It does not disappear. It comes later. Rico speaks of a delay in time, not in content.
That is why, according to Rico, the remote energy work without a Daily Focus runs somewhat more favourably for the development of your field. With a Daily Focus, more work goes to the pressure on a particular day. You decide what matters more to you. Rico considers both sensible, depending on the situation.
Why this is not a judgment about you
The examples above speak of fields that hold up and fields that are overloaded. A person is never only one or the other. Every part of a field is at its own stage.
“A person can, for example, be in the Help stream in their private life. In the Stability stream at the level of relationships. In the Development stream in business.”
Rico Brunner
That is why the same Daily Focus can have little leeway for you in one area and a lot in another. Rico sees this in the field and spreads the work accordingly. You don’t need to know it or assess it.
Where to go next
Why the causes always get the larger part is explained in Pressure, strength and the leeway. How you choose a Daily Focus is described under The Daily Focus.
