The Field (remote energy work)
Every day Rico Brunner looks at your energy field and works where it can’t move on by itself. Quietly, from a distance, without an appointment.
He doesn’t send energy. He makes information available to your field, with which it can move on by itself. You don’t have to do anything or be present.
Remote energy work in a few sentences
An energy field is everything about a person that is not body. Rico Brunner calls it an invisible structure that holds everything together. It has a strength, and it is under pressure. As long as the strength is greater, it carries. If the pressure becomes greater, it is overwhelmed at that spot.
In remote energy work, Rico looks every day at where your field stands. He looks for the spot where it can’t move on by itself and makes information available to it there. Whether your field takes it in is up to the field itself. The work goes as far as the field can handle, and sometimes there is only waiting.
The offering is called The Field (remote energy work). On these pages it is simply called remote energy work. Both mean the same thing.
Rico describes his role with an image from the garden:
“I am a gardener who makes sure that the soil is always dug over, that there is always enough sun, enough water, enough fertilizer, that the plants are in the right place.”

How the four parts work together

Why that isThe three questions almost everyone asks first
How can he read my field without knowing me? Rico doesn’t need a photo, a history or a conversation. He doesn’t see your story but how your field works, the way a mechanic looks at the engine and not at the journeys the car has made. Your field is found through a trace that comes with your order. Why doesn’t he get in touch? Because remote energy work is quiet. Rico works every day, but he doesn’t report every day. If you would like to know what he is currently working on, there is the energy field analysis.
Why don’t I feel anything? Because a large part of the work lies outside what you perceive. Feeling nothing doesn’t mean nothing is happening. More on this under Why you don’t feel everything.
Who these pages are for
People come to remote energy work from very different situations. Some are going through a hard time and are looking for something to hold on to. Some have ground under their feet again and want it to carry under more pressure too. And some are doing well and want to develop further, the way an athlete works with a coach without being injured. Often a person is in several situations at once, in a different one at work than at home.
The work is the same for everyone. What differs is where in the field Rico starts. More on this under Help, Stability, Development.

What these pages are and what they are not
Everything here describes what Rico observes in his work and how he explains it. It is his experience from over 60,000 sessions since 1998, organized in a model he calls Energyology. It is an experience-based model, not a scientifically tested method, and it doesn’t promise you any result. What it gives you: an explanation you can test against your life, and a clear process.
Remote energy work does not replace a medical or psychological assessment. It works alongside it, on a level of its own. More on this under Body, psyche and energy field.
