The Daily Focus

The Daily Focus

Optional and free of charge: for particular days, Rico spreads his work differently and pays more attention to the pressure.

Do you have a day ahead of you that will ask a lot of you? An exam, a difficult conversation, a trip, a packed week? Then you can choose a Daily Focus for that day. Rico Brunner works just as much on that day as usual, only spread differently.

Part 3 of 4 · optional and free of charge

The same amount of work, spread differently: on a Daily Focus, Rico pays more attention to the pressure in your field and a little less to the causes.

How

What is different on a Daily Focus

What does Rico do on an ordinary day? He works mainly on the causes in your field, that is, where something arises. He keeps an eye on the pressure you are carrying right now and takes away as much of it as your field needs to keep working.

On a Daily Focus, he shifts the weight. He pays a little more attention to the pressure and a little less to the causes. He does not work on individual symptoms, but on the overload in the whole field.

“On a focus day I work exactly as much as on a normal Field day.”

Rico Brunner

An ordinary day

The emphasis is on the causes. Rico regulates the pressure along the way, as far as needed. He calls this passive.

A day with a Daily Focus

The pressure gets more attention. Rico regulates it actively. The work on the causes continues, with a little less weight.

Rico also says why he regulates the pressure at all. He does not calm things down so that everything is quiet. He stabilizes so that the work on the causes can continue.

“I stabilize so that I can work on the causes, not so that the symptoms are quiet. That is why it is sustainable.”

Rico Brunner

How much shifts and why it is not the same for every field is shown with drawings under How the work is spread over a day.

What it costs: no money, but a little pace

The Daily Focus costs nothing. During an ongoing remote energy work, you can choose it as often as you need it.

It still has a price, and Rico says so openly: time. The work on the causes does not disappear on a Daily Focus. It comes later. He speaks of a delay in time, not in content.

“The remote energy work actually runs more optimally if you don’t book a Daily Focus.”

Rico Brunner

That is why Rico never chooses it on his own. How much a day with more attention to the pressure is worth to you is something each person weighs differently. That is why you decide.

When a Daily Focus can make sense

A Daily Focus is meant for days you know in advance will ask a lot of you. Occasions are, for example:

  • an exam or an exam week
  • an important or difficult conversation
  • a trip you feel anxious about
  • a move, a celebration, a farewell
  • a time when a lot comes together

For big challenges, Rico recommends choosing the Daily Focus two or three days ahead. For smaller ones, the day itself is enough.

Especially at the start of the remote energy work, many people are glad to have this option. In Rico’s experience, they choose it less often later on. But it is not only meant for hard phases. Someone who is doing well and is preparing for a big task, such as an exam week, can choose it just the same.

If you don’t choose one

Then you have not missed anything. Rico keeps an eye on the pressure every day. If a field is very overloaded, he spends a large part of his work on the pressure even without a Daily Focus, because otherwise nothing can move at the causes.

So the Daily Focus is not an emergency button. It is a choice to weight the work a little differently on a particular day.

Important

A Daily Focus does not replace a medical or psychological assessment. If you keep feeling worse, When things get harder explains what you can do. In acute danger: Emergency 144, Die Dargebotene Hand helpline 143.

How you choose it

You choose the Daily Focus in the customer portal, for the day or days you need. You can add a keyword about what it is about. It is not necessary: what Rico needs for the Daily Focus, he sees in your field. Even on a Daily Focus, the symptoms you name do not guide him. He looks at what really triggers overload in the field.

Questions that come up often

Will I feel the Daily Focus?
That cannot be predicted. A large part of the work lies outside what you perceive. More on this under Why you don’t feel everything.
Can I choose a Daily Focus every day?
You can choose it as often as you like. Keep the price in mind: every Daily Focus pushes work on the causes further back. With a field that is very overloaded, the leeway is also smaller, because there the causes matter especially.
Does Rico work on my topic on a Daily Focus?
No. He works on the pressure in the whole field, not on a single topic or symptom. He takes what you write down seriously, but it does not steer his work.
Is a Daily Focus the same as a session?
No. It is part of the remote energy work and runs quietly, without an appointment and without a conversation. A personal session is a separate offer.

Where to go next

Why a field comes to a standstill under too much pressure is explained in Pressure, strength and the leeway. How the work is spread over a day is shown in How the work is spread over a day.
