Terms of remote energy work
Every word the way Rico uses it. Explained briefly once, with the way to the page where it is covered in full.
You know many of these terms from everyday life, such as pressure, strength or stability. Here they have a precise meaning that refers to the energy field and not to the body or to behavior.
The most important terms by the four parts
If you want to know which terms belong to which part, this overview helps. The explanations follow below, in alphabetical order.
Part 1 · daily remote energy work
Work on the whole field
Analysis, simulation, execution and check. Plus information, energy field signature and intentional check.
Four steps every dayPart 2 · the energy field analysis
What is read in the field
The five levels: structure, functions, interactions, condition and mechanisms. Plus carrying capacity, tension, demand and tipping point.
What Rico reads in your fieldPart 3 · the Daily Focus
Pressure and strength
Pressure, strength, leeway and stabilizing. Plus the distribution of the work and the time delay.

A
- Analysis
- The first of the four daily steps: where does your field stand today, what has changed since yesterday, and where will the work be today? Not to be confused with the energy field analysis, which you can order. Four steps every day
- Demand
- Everything a day asks of your field, such as a conversation, a task or a change. If a demand is bearable, the field develops through it. If it is too big, the field compensates. What Rico reads in your field
- Concern
- What you can write down when you order: what matters to you, in your own words. It is optional. Rico takes it seriously as your need and sets it aside for the analysis. The work is the same with or without a concern. Your concern
- Execution
- The third step: Rico makes the information available and watches your field the whole time as he does so. Four steps every day
- Compensating
- What a field does when one part fails or a demand is too big: other parts take over the work. That’s why you often notice nothing for a long time. But compensating costs strength, which is then missing for development. How a field can be injured
B
- Intentional check
- Rico deliberately stops his work briefly to see which parts of your field already hold on their own strength. Where a part holds, he stops working there. Duration, pause and ending
D
- Pressure, overload
- Pressure is what acts on your field from outside. It spreads through the whole field. Overload arises when the pressure is greater than the strength of the field. What is meant above all is overload in the whole field, not a single symptom. Pressure, strength and the leeway
E
- Unit, cell
- The smallest parts an energy field consists of in Rico’s model. This doesn’t mean the cells of your body. Every unit has all the functions. Together the units form larger groups and areas. How a field becomes stable
- Energy field
- Everything about a person that isn’t body. Rico calls it an invisible structure that holds everything together. Not the aura and not the soul; both are parts of it. Body, psyche and energy field
- Energy field analysis
- An optional description for you: the two to four points Rico is currently working on. As an audio recording by email, usually one to four minutes, at most every three months and only while remote energy work is running. The energy field analysis
- Energy field mechanics
- How energy fields are structured and how they function. Its general terms are in the Glossary.
- Energy field signature
- The unmistakable character of your field, like a fingerprint according to Rico. It is how he finds your field. A trace of it comes with your order. How Rico finds and reads your field
- Energyology
- Rico’s model of how energy fields are structured and how they function. An experience-based model. Welcome
- Development (situation)
- The third of the three situations. A part of the field is “weatherproof” and has places that have never been challenged before. There Rico works looking ahead and without pressure. According to Rico, an energy field never stops developing. Help, Stability, Development
- Experiential model
- A model that puts observations in order. It has not been scientifically tested and promises no result. Welcome
F
- Ability
- What a field has learned. Every unit has functions from the start; abilities are added over time. What Rico reads in your field
- Fernbegleitung (remote accompaniment)
- The earlier name of the remote energy work, as Rico uses it in older recordings. It means the same offer, see The Field. Daily remote energy work
- Focus day
- Rico’s word for a day with a Daily Focus. The Daily Focus
- Consequence
- What you feel and experience. Consequences often show up in a completely different place from where they arise in the field. The same consequences can come from different causes. Two paths that don’t cross
- Foreign energy
- Energy that doesn’t belong to your own field. As Rico describes it, it goes in everywhere, fits nowhere and creates dependence. That’s why Rico himself doesn’t put energy into a field. How a field can be injured
- Five levels
- The five questions Rico uses to order what he reads in a field: structure, functions, interactions, condition and mechanisms. An energy field analysis takes up the levels that matter at the moment. What Rico reads in your field
- Function
- What every unit of a field can do from the start. This includes stability, tension and the ability to apply what has been learned in the right place. What Rico reads in your field
H
- Help (situation)
- The first of the three situations. A part of the field only carries in fine weather, sometimes not even then. Here Rico works gently and in small steps on what holds the field together. Help, Stability, Development
- Help, Stability, Development
- Three situations that parts of your field can be in, explained with the weather. A person can be in several situations at once, in a different one at work than at home. The situations are not a judgment about you. Help, Stability, Development
I
- Information
- What Rico makes available to your field: his understanding of why a place isn’t functioning. Not energy. Your field takes it on by itself, or doesn’t. Information, not energy
K
- Getting to know it, 30 days
- With your first order you have 30 days. If you stop within that time, you get your money back. 30 days to get to know it
- Tipping point
- The limit beyond which a field can no longer compensate for a demand that is too big. From there, according to the model, a disturbance arises that can sustain itself. What Rico reads in your field
- Check, controlling
- The fourth step: has what was intended happened? Rico checks it at the end and once more the next day. He considers this step just as important as the three before it. Four steps every day
- Customer portal
- The place on rico-brunner.com where you pay, choose a Daily Focus and cancel. Daily remote energy work
M
- Manipulation
- Forcing a field in one direction, or giving it energy so that it is calm for a short while. Rico works without manipulation because, in his observation, it harms the field in the long run, even when it is well meant. Information, not energy
- Mechanism
- The way a field reacts to a demand: whether it develops through it, compensates or reaches a tipping point. The fifth of the five levels. What Rico reads in your field
P
- Personal session
- A separate offer for understanding and making sense of things, in conversation with Rico. It isn’t part of the remote energy work. Personal session
S
- Simulation
- The second step: a trial run in Rico’s perception of how your field would react. That way he doesn’t have to try things out on your field. No software, no measuring device. Four steps every day
- Tension
- A function that keeps the field taut so that everything can run, like the tightened strings on a violin. Under pressure it gives way and returns. It provides the strength to put a solution into practice. What Rico reads in your field
- Leeway
- Between too much and too little pressure there is a narrow range in which a field can take in information. With the Daily Focus, leeway also means how far Rico can shift the work on a given day without the work on the causes suffering. With a very overloaded field, it is small. Pressure, strength and the leeway
- Stabilizing
- Releasing pressure so that the causes can be worked on. That isn’t the same as calming, meaning releasing pressure just so that things are quiet. Pressure, strength and the leeway
- Stability
- When things blow up, you stay standing. In the model, it arises when many parts of the field work well together. Here the word has two meanings: it is a function of every unit, and the name of the second situation, in which a part of the field carries even in the rain, but not yet always in a real storm. How a field becomes stable, Help, Stability, Development
- Strength
- The inner magnitude of a field that stands against the pressure from outside. As long as it is greater than the pressure, the field carries at that place. Pressure, strength and the leeway
- System development
- Rico’s own word for his work. Daily remote energy work
T
- Daily Focus
- A free add-on for days when a lot is coming your way. Rico works just as much, but pays more attention to the pressure and a little less to the causes. In return, the work on the causes comes a little later. The Daily Focus
- The Field (remote energy work)
- The name of the offer. Later it will be called simply The Field. On these pages it is called remote energy work for short. In older recordings Rico Brunner also calls it Fernbegleitung. Daily remote energy work
- Carrying capacity
- How much your field can carry at the moment. It results from stability, tension, the functions that are present and the interactions. It is not a fixed quantity. What Rico reads in your field
U
- Cause
- Where something arises in the field, usually a place that is injured and can no longer sort this out on its own. Causes can’t be felt, they are only visible in the field. Most of Rico’s work is devoted to them. How a field can be injured
- Causes and consequences
- According to Rico, what you feel are the consequences. The causes lie in the field, often in a different place. That’s why your concern doesn’t steer the analysis. Two paths that don’t cross
V
- Injury
- A place in the field that no longer functions properly. Small injuries arise every day and usually sort themselves out again. Rico only speaks of a cause when an injury remains because it overloads the field. For him it always lies in the present, even if it arose earlier. How a field can be injured
- Distribution
- How Rico’s work on a given day is divided between the causes and the pressure. On an ordinary day, in most cases it is 80 to 90 percent causes and 5 to 10 percent pressure. These are values from experience, not measurements. How the work is spread over a day
W
- Interaction
- How the parts of a field act on one another. Information isn’t distributed from one place. Every unit draws what it needs, and it acts from all sides. The interactions keep the field in tension. What Rico reads in your field
- Web of effects
- The drawing from the Energyology model that shows what happens when a demand meets the carrying capacity. It shows a logic, not a course over time and not a person. What Rico reads in your field
Z
- Time delay
- The price of a Daily Focus. The work on the causes doesn’t disappear; it comes later. Rico speaks of a delay in time, not a delay in content. How the work is spread over a day
- Condition
- Where a field stands at the moment, the fourth of the five levels. Every part has its own position in one of the three situations, and the condition of the whole is not the average of the parts. According to Rico, it usually shows under pressure. What Rico reads in your field
