What is The Field (remote energy work) in one sentence?

Every day, Rico Brunner looks at your energy field and makes information available to it where it can’t move forward on its own, quietly and from a distance. More

What is meant by energy field?

Everything about you that isn’t body: how you react, what you carry, what you can do. Not the aura and not the soul; both are only parts of it. More

Is energy being sent to me?

No. Rico doesn’t send energy and doesn’t manipulate. Your field decides for itself what it takes on. More

How does my field take in the information?

Rico compares it to a child watching someone solve a problem it can’t solve yet. It notices, copies it and decides for itself whether it wants to. More

Can I direct the remote energy work at a particular topic?

No. The work is always on the whole field, in the order your field shows. A Daily Focus only shifts how the work is divided on one day. More

Who decides what is worked on?

Your field. Rico says his clients’ field is his boss, and he has to work the way it tells him to. More

Is the same amount of work done every day?

No. The work is as much as your field can take. Sometimes on a given day there is only looking or waiting. According to Rico, such pauses almost never last longer than two or three days, and they are part of the approach. More

Do I have to believe in it?

No. According to Rico, whether you’re open or skeptical has no influence on the work. Questions are welcome. More

Is it as good as an in-person session?

Rico recognizes a field from a distance just as well as in person. The daily rhythm of the remote energy work is only possible from a distance. More

Are sessions with Rico still available?

Yes. A personal session or a phone conversation is a separate offer for understanding and making sense of things. It isn’t part of the remote energy work. More

What language is the contact in?

German. For the work on your field itself, language plays no role, because it happens without words. More

What is the remote energy work not?

No transfer of energy and no manipulation. No psychological support and no medical measure, and it doesn’t replace a medical assessment. More

How Rico reads your field

How does he find my field without knowing me?

Through the energy field signature that, as he perceives it, comes with your order. Name and date of birth are only for administration. More

Does he need a photo or a preliminary conversation?

No. A photo shows what you look like, not your field. A preliminary conversation would tend to steer his view. More

Does he see my life situation or my secrets?

No. He sees neither where you are nor your life situation. He looks at how your field functions. “I’m not interested in people’s secrets.” More

Do I have to be present, reachable or ready at a particular time?

No. No set time, no presence, no preparation. More

How long does Rico work on me each day?

Briefly. For him, taking in a field takes a fraction of a second. He doesn’t give a number of minutes. More

Why doesn’t he get in touch?

The remote energy work is quiet. Daily reports aren’t part of it. What he is working on, you learn in the energy field analysis. More

Do I have to do exercises?

No. Your everyday life stays your everyday life. Living without overloading yourself, and recovering, is enough. More

What is up to me?

Living your life, observing what shows up in everyday life, asking when something is unclear, and deciding whether to start, continue, pause or stop. More

The energy field analysis

What is the energy field analysis?

A short audio recording, usually one to four minutes, sent by email. In it, Rico describes the two to four points in your field he is currently working on. Optional, and at most every three months. More

Is it the same as the daily analysis?

It is the same analysis, put into words for you. Rico calls it the mirror of what he does every day when he carries out the remote energy work. More

Can I order it without the remote energy work?

No. It describes the daily work on your field. Without that work there would be nothing for it to mirror. More

How long do I wait for the recording?

You choose the delivery time when you order, between four and forty days. The remote energy work continues during that time. More

Do I have to send anything in?

No. No photo, no description, no conversation. What Rico describes, he reads in the field. More

What does it describe, and what not?

It describes your field on five levels: structure, functions, interactions, condition and mechanisms. Your life situation, your past, advice and statements about your future don’t appear in it. More

Why only two to four points?

Because all parts of a field are connected. If Rico wanted to describe every connection, it would take hours, and the points currently being worked on would get lost in the mass. More

Do I have to understand the analysis?

No. It is abstract, and Rico himself says that people usually don’t fully understand it. You don’t need it for the work on your field. More

What if I don’t recognize myself in it?

That happens often and isn’t a sign that something is wrong. The analysis describes causes in the field. You feel the consequences, and they often show up in a completely different place. More

Does the remote energy work change if I order an analysis?

No. Rico reads your field every day anyway. For the analysis, he puts into words what he sees as he does so. More

Can I talk to Rico about the analysis?

The analysis itself isn’t a conversation. If you’d like to talk to Rico, there is the personal session, a separate offer.

Why at most every three months?

According to Rico, more often doesn’t make sense. That’s why the offer doesn’t allow it more often. More

The Daily Focus

What is the Daily Focus?

A free add-on for days when a lot is coming your way. On that day Rico works just as much, but pays more attention to the pressure in your field. In return, the work on the causes comes a little later. More

When do I choose it?

For big challenges two or three days before, for smaller ones on the day itself. In the customer portal, for one or more days. More

Is it only meant for hard times?

No. Someone who is carrying a lot right now may use it more often. Someone who is doing well and preparing for a big task, such as an exam week, can choose it just the same. More

What does it cost?

No money, but some pace. The work on the causes doesn’t disappear; it comes later. Rico speaks of a time delay and for that reason never chooses the Daily Focus on his own. More

How much shifts on a day like that?

On an ordinary day, in most cases Rico works 80 to 90 percent on the causes and 5 to 10 percent on the pressure. With a Daily Focus it is, as a rule, 70 to 80 percent and 10 to 30 percent. These are values from experience, not measurements. More

Why doesn’t Rico simply take away all the pressure?

Because the field would then come into conflict. It is supposed to make up for what is taken off it and develop at the same time. Both together don’t work. That’s why Rico only takes away as much pressure as the work on the causes can bear without suffering. More

What if I don’t choose a Daily Focus?

Then you haven’t missed anything. Rico keeps an eye on the pressure every day. If a field is very overloaded, he puts a large part of the work into the pressure even without a Daily Focus. More

Can I choose one every day?

Yes. Keep the price in mind: every Daily Focus pushes work on the causes back. With a very overloaded field, the leeway is also smaller. More

On a Daily Focus, does Rico work on my topic?

No. He works on the pressure in the whole field, not on a single topic or symptom. More

Do I have to give a reason?

No. A keyword is optional. What Rico needs for the Daily Focus, he sees in your field. More

Will I feel the Daily Focus?

That can’t be predicted. A large part of the work lies outside what you perceive. More

Your concern

Do I have to write to him about what’s on my mind?

No. You may write it down as your concern when you order. The work is the same with or without it. More

Does Rico read what I write?

Yes. He takes it seriously as your need. For the analysis of your field, he sets it aside. More

Does the work become more precise if I write more?

No. It is the same with a long text, with a keyword and with no concern at all. More

Why doesn’t it help if I describe exactly what is weighing on me?

Because you are describing the consequences. The causes can’t be felt, they are only visible in the field, and they often lie in a different place. If Rico started from your description, his view would be steered to where it presses rather than to where it arises. More

Why doesn’t my concern count for the analysis?

Because it describes the consequences, while the causes lie elsewhere. Rico takes it seriously as your need and sets it aside for the analysis. More

Then why should I write it down?

For yourself. It records what you started with. If you read it again later, you can compare what has changed in your everyday life and what hasn’t. More

Do I have to share something personal?

No. Rico doesn’t need a story, a photo or a history. Only write what you want to record for yourself. More

What if my concern and the energy field analysis have nothing to do with each other?

That happens. You describe the consequences; the analysis describes causes in the field. Both concern the same field but show up in different places. More

Feeling and progress

Why don’t I feel anything?

Because a large part of the work lies outside what you perceive. Not feeling anything doesn’t mean nothing is happening. More

How do I recognize a change?

Not on a single day. In Rico’s observation, a change in the field tends to show in everyday life, often in that something happens without forcing, or in that others notice it first. Whether and how it shows for you can’t be predicted. A note from the beginning helps with comparing. More

What do I do if I don’t notice anything?

Compare, put the time in context, ask, decide. Not feeling anything is no reason to extend automatically. More

What do I do if I’m feeling worse?

First see your doctor; if you are in danger, call Emergency 144 or the Die Dargebotene Hand helpline 143. Then get in touch. A Daily Focus is possible. More

How long does it take?

No one can predict that. It depends on where your field stands. Rico keeps checking whether it holds by itself. More

Will I become dependent on it?

Rico works in a way that prevents that. He doesn’t send energy, and he keeps checking which parts of your field already hold on their own strength. There he stops working. More

Deciding

Who is the remote energy work meant for?

For people for whom something hasn’t sorted itself out for a long time, for people who want to keep what they have achieved, and for people who are doing well and want to move forward. Often a person is in several of these situations at once. More

Can I use it without any complaints?

Yes. Then Rico works on parts of your field that have never been challenged before, looking ahead and without pressure. More

Can I order it for my child or for another person?

Yes. It is that person’s field that is strengthened; a particular behavior is never brought about. More

Can I see a doctor or have psychological support alongside it?

Yes. The remote energy work works on a different level. Don’t stop anything without discussing it with whoever prescribed it. More

How do I get to know it?

Rico and how it began

How long has Rico Brunner been working with energy fields?

He has had his own practice in St. Gallen since 1998, with over 60,000 sessions since 1998. In 2016 he was a speaker at the HSP Congress in Münsingen. More

How did the remote energy work come about?

From requests by clients who lived far away, went on holiday or couldn’t get an appointment. In the process, Rico noticed that he recognizes a field from a distance just as well as in person. More

Why does Rico work daily and not in sessions?

Because, observing, he saw that even a single working day can overload a field. Step by step, he shortened the intervals from thirty days to one day. More

Why is it also called The Field?

Since October 2026 the offer has been called The Field (remote energy work), later simply The Field. In older recordings Rico calls it Fernbegleitung (remote accompaniment). It always means the same thing. More
