The four steps
The next day everything starts again with the analysis, because your field has changed since yesterday. Rico also calls the fourth step controlling. To him it is just as important as the three before it.
“The fourth step is just as important as the three previous steps. And the fourth step is the analysis.”
Rico Brunner
How the steps came about
At first Rico only analyzed, because he wanted to understand how fields work. Later he noticed that he could do a trial run in his perception before working. That way he doesn’t have to try things out on your field. The four steps grew out of these experiences.
What the simulation is
The simulation is not software and not a measuring device. Rico recreates the important parts of your field in his perception and looks at how they would react to a piece of information. He compares it to a dry run.
“And that has the advantage that I don’t have to experiment on the energy field.”
Rico Brunner
It is not a guarantee that nothing can go wrong. That is why Rico keeps observing during the execution too, and adjusts if your field reacts differently than expected.
How long he works on your field
Briefly. For Rico, taking in a field takes a fraction of a second, and working for a long time would be of no use. He doesn’t give a number of minutes. On the level at which he works, as he describes it, there is no time as we know it.
Nor does he work on everyone at the same time. He goes through his list, field by field, and compares each one with yesterday’s state.
He works from a place of calm. A field reacts to the state of the person looking at it. That is why Rico is deliberately calm, clear and centred during remote energy work.
What you do
Nothing. You don’t have to be present, reachable or calm, or ready at any particular time. There is no time slot. Rico works quietly. He doesn’t get in touch every day, and daily reports are not part of remote energy work.
If you would like to know what is currently being worked on, there is the energy field analysis for that. If you have a hard day ahead of you, you can choose a Daily Focus.
Where to go next
How remote energy work is structured as a whole and what you are ordering is described under Daily remote energy work.
