No appointment, no preliminary conversation, no exercises. Anything you add is optional.
The way in six steps
What happens after the order, and where do you come into it? The six steps show a process, not a result.
The whole way at a glance
The steps don’t just run once from left to right. The daily round repeats for as long as you take part. There are two things you can add on particular days. And from the last step, ways lead back.
What happens with your order
Many people first ask what Rico needs from them. A photo, a date of birth, a personal history? None of these. Rico finds your field through the order itself. He sees no energy field in a photo, and nothing in a name or a date of birth is unique to you.

That is why there is no preliminary conversation and no questionnaire. You are welcome to write down your concern when you order. Rico reads it, and he takes it seriously. For the analysis of your field, he sets it aside so that it does not steer his view. Why this is so is explained under Two paths that don’t cross.
It makes no difference where you live or where you happen to be. And you don’t have to understand how the work on your field goes in detail for it to take place. Rico considers it a common misunderstanding that you first have to be able to follow it.
What is up to Rico
Rico works on your field every day, following the four steps of analysis, simulation, execution and check. He does not decide how fast it goes. Your field sets that. And he keeps checking what already holds on its own strength, also by deliberately pausing his work for a short while.
He only works where your field is overloaded on its own. Where it manages something on its own strength, he generally does not work. That is why there is nothing for you to do at this point.

Your everyday life challenges your field, and that is part of it. Taking on challenges without overloading yourself, and resting afterwards: that is your part, with or without remote energy work. How observing works is described under Observing instead of feeling.
Whether you believe in the work or are skeptical about it makes no difference here.

What the first days can look like
What do you actually experience once you have ordered? Usually little, and that is intended. Your day runs as always. In the same time, Rico looks at your field every day, without you having to notice anything.
One step is still worth taking at the start. Write down in two or three sentences what is on your mind right now and what you find hard, with the date, and put the note away. Rico often observes that people forget what used to occupy them. The note gives you something you can compare later.
If a day comes up during this time that you dread, such as an exam or a difficult conversation, you can choose a Daily Focus for that day. And if something is unclear to you, you ask. The first 30 days are there for getting to know it. If you stop during this time, you get your money back, once per person.
The same process, from any situation
People come from very different situations. Someone going through a hard phase orders in exactly the same way as someone who wants to hold on to what they have built up, or someone who wants to move forward even though they are doing well. Often a person is in several situations at once, a different one at work than in the family.

What you observe is welcome, even if it does not fit this explanation. In Rico’s model, your everyday life is a second check alongside his own perception. What you write does not steer his analysis, but it is part of checking whether the work fits.

Questions that come up often
- Does Rico need a photo or my story?
- No. He finds your field through the order. A photo, your date of birth or your personal history don’t help him with this.
- Do I have to be calm or reachable at a particular time?
- No. You don’t have to be present, relax or set anything up. The work runs while you live your day.
- Do I have to describe my concern precisely?
- No. You can add something or nothing. Rico reads your field just as closely in both cases.
- Can I order for someone else?
- Yes, for your child or for another person. What applies is described under Is remote energy work right for you?
- What do I do if I feel worse?
- With complaints, you go to your doctor first. Then you get in touch. More under When things get harder.
- Can I stop at any time?
- Yes. You can cancel in the customer portal. If you come back later, Rico does not start from scratch. More under Duration, pause and ending.
