What disturbs an energy field
Why don’t I send energy, and why do I never push a field in a direction, not even with good intentions? Energyology™ explains both from the mechanics: foreign energy blocks the mechanics, manipulation leaves a field unable to respond.

Foreign energy blocks the mechanics of an energy field. Manipulation leaves it unable to respond.
That is why two fixed principles apply to my work: no foreign energy and no manipulation.
Foreign energy blocks the mechanics
Foreign energy is everything that does not come from a field’s own cells. It settles between the cells and takes up space there. The cells can then no longer balance freely.

A small share of foreign energy is ordinary. A field can handle about three to five percent well. If the share rises to twenty percent or more, for example because energy is deliberately fed in from outside, the energy field can no longer function properly.
That is why I don’t send energy. I provide a piece of information, and your energy field balances with its own energy. More on this under No foreign energy.
Manipulation leaves a field unable to respond
Manipulation means forcing an energy field into a form, an action or a behavior that does not match it. In the short term this often looks like success. In the longer term the field is weakened. It loses the ability to respond on its own to what it encounters.
This also applies when the intention is good. An energy field must be able to decide for itself whether it takes in a piece of information. If you take this decision away from it, that is manipulation.

That is why I only give a suggestion, like a child watching someone solve a task. Whether and how the child takes it on is up to the child. More on this under No manipulation.
What the two have in common
Foreign energy
Fills the space between the cells. The field can no longer balance freely.
Manipulation
Forces the field into a form. It can no longer respond on its own.

Questions that come up often
- Is all energy work foreign energy?
- No. Foreign energy arises when energy is deliberately transferred into a field. Someone who only provides a piece of information does not transfer any energy.
- Do I pick up foreign energy in everyday life?
- A small share is ordinary, and a field copes with it. It becomes difficult with large shares.
- How do I recognize manipulation?
- By the pressure to comply. A field is pushed in a direction instead of being able to decide for itself.
