The three levels of an energy field

Self-worth, self-confidence, self-love: you know these qualities from everyday life and from psychology. In Energyology™ they sit at the very top. Below them are two levels that you hardly notice and on which everything rests.

Energyology™ · Structure

Level 1 balances. Level 2 holds the whole together with processes. Level 3 carries the qualities you experience.

The higher the level, the more it depends on the levels below it.

Three levels that build on each other

The three levels are not floors you can enter one by one. They arise one after the other. When simple balance is no longer enough, processes arise. When the processes are no longer enough, qualities arise. For me, the three levels are the key to understanding how things work together in an energy field.

3

Qualities

What you experience

This is where qualities such as self-love, self-confidence and self-worth are found. You can experience this level. It reacts to what happens around you, and it is light and flexible.

2

Processes

What holds the whole together

This is where processes run, for example the building of energy reserves. They are instinctive and unconscious. Level 2 is the ground beneath level 3, and that is why it is almost even more important.

1

Balance

What simply happens

This is where things are simply balanced, action and counter-action, without any awareness at all.

“On level 1 it can simply be balanced, level 2 needs processes, and level 3 then needs qualities like self-love, self-confidence, self-worth.”

Rico Brunner

The higher, the more the ground matters

The higher a tower is, the more its ground matters. The levels of an energy field are similar. How well the qualities of level 3 hold depends a lot on whether the processes and the balance below them function.

A level can be in any of the three states that Energyology™ describes: Help, Stability or Development. So in one person, one level can hold well while another has little support right now. More on this under Help, Stability, Development.

Where psychology starts

Psychology also knows the qualities of level 3. It works with what you experience, think and do. Energyology™ also asks whether the levels below hold. Both have their place. Why the place where you start makes the difference is shown by the iceberg.

Questions that come up often

Can I strengthen my self-worth directly?
At the tip of level 3 you can change something with your behavior. What lies below is hard to reach that way. More under The iceberg.
Do I feel levels 1 and 2?
Hardly. They work instinctively and unconsciously. What you experience is on level 3.

Where to go next

Why your behavior reaches only a small part is described under The iceberg.
