The guiding principles of energy field mechanics
Are there rules in Energyology™ that always apply? Yes. I call them guiding principles. They apply to every energy field and to every part of the model. Here they are in simple words, each with one sentence on what it means.
Energyology™ · Overview
“The energy field sets the direction, not me.” All the others depend on this sentence.
The guiding principles are arranged in three groups: for the work, for the energy field and for recognizing.
For the work
“The energy field sets the direction, not me.”
I follow what a field needs next. For me this is the most important sentence of all. More under Working process-oriented.
No energy transfer and no foreign energy
A piece of information is provided, not transferred. The reason is explained under What disturbs an energy field.
No manipulation: “The system decides for itself whether it wants the information.”
A field is never pushed in a direction, not even with good intentions. More under What disturbs an energy field.
“Less is more, but in the right place.”
A field balances by itself. That is why a little is enough, as long as it happens in the right spot.
For the energy field
“Development is a natural, healthy state.”
An energy field wants to grow on its own. Development does not have to be brought in from outside.
“In the energy field there are no unimportant areas.”
Every part is connected with the others. What happens in one place affects the whole.
“It is the cell that comes out of rest into movement and wants to return to rest, and this triggers these interactions.”
Everything begins with the basic movement of every cell, described under Rest, unrest and balance.
Three levels of balance
Level 1 simply balances, level 2 needs processes, level 3 needs qualities. More under The three levels.
“Cells develop and come into being only to solve a problem, to balance.”
That is why an energy field is simple in principle. What makes it complex are the countless interactions.
For recognizing
You cannot draw direct conclusions about the energy field from behavior.
The same behavior can have very different causes in the field. A no can come from a good sense of self-worth or from being overwhelmed.
Field and body can affect each other, but as a rule one is not the cause of the other.
Energyology™ does not explain what concerns the body from the field. That is what medicine is for.
The iceberg
With your own behavior you only reach the tip. What lies below is mechanics. More under The iceberg.
The numbers come from the model. Some guiding principles are not included here because they would be hard to understand without the whole model.
Questions that come up often
- Do the guiding principles apply to every person?
- Yes. They describe how every energy field functions. How they show up in a person is different every time.
- Can the guiding principles change?
- The model becomes more precise the longer I describe it. The guiding principles are its most stable part, but they too are not outside the research.
Where to go next
What the model is, what it is not and where it ends is described under How to read Energyology.
