One session, three forms
Please note: personal sessions, in person, by phone and by video (Zoom), are held in German only.
In my practice, by phone or by video. It is the same session, only the way it reaches you is different.
The session · three forms
One session, three ways to reach you. What I see in your energy field does not depend on where you are.
What differs is how you experience the session: in the same room with me, through my voice, or with voice and picture.
Why there is more than the practice
In the beginning, people came to me at my practice in St. Gallen. Many could not do that regularly. Work did not allow it, the journey was too long, someone was stuck in traffic, on holiday or had moved away. That is why the session has been available by phone for many years, and today by video as well.
Rico’s words
For those who have no way at all of visiting me in person at my practice, I also offer remote energy work or phone sessions as an alternative.
Rico Brunner, book
For my reading, it makes no difference whether you are sitting in front of me. I look at your energy field the way I do in every session: first as a whole, then step by step.
Rico’s words
When I look at the energy field of my person, whether they are in the practice or at a distance, here it is about getting an overview first,

What stays the same and what changes
The session is one offer in three forms, not three different offers. In all three, you decide at the start whether you talk first or I look at your field first. In all three, you get the overview of your field and my answers to your questions. How that works in detail is described under How a session works.
What differs is the experience. At the practice, you sit in the same room with me. That is the most personal form, and in person I can also explain more to you. By phone and by video, the session is a little less personal. In return, anyone can take it, including people who live far from St. Gallen or don’t have the time to come to the practice.
Rico’s words
A session is much more personal, because you experience me directly. A phone session and a video call are also possible at any time. It is a bit less personal, but in return people who live further away can take it too.

The three forms side by side
| In-person session | Phone session | Video session | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where | in my practice in St. Gallen | wherever you happen to be | wherever you happen to be |
| How you experience me | directly, in the same room | through my voice | through voice and picture |
| Travel | yes | none | none |
| Length | 30 or 60 minutes | 30 or 60 minutes, you choose | as long as we talk |
| What is billed | the booked time, at least 30 minutes | the actual talking time, at least 15 minutes | the time we talked, at least 10 minutes |
| At the agreed time | you arrive at the practice on time | I call you | we meet on Zoom |
| More | The in-person session | The phone session | The video session |
For a phone session, I call you. If the session before runs longer, there may be a slight delay. For the in-person session, the booked time is what counts, so I ask you to be on time. The prices are on the website. How to get an appointment is described under Appointments and contact.
Between video and phone, there is no difference for me in what I see in your field. With a picture, and even more so at the practice, the session is more personal. All things considered, it makes no difference which form you choose.
Which form suits you?
The question you come with does not decide the form. Maybe you are going through a hard phase right now. Maybe you want to hold on to what you have built, or know where things go next for you. The session is the same in all three forms. The choice depends on your everyday life: how far it is to St. Gallen, how much time you have and how you would like to experience me.
- The practice suits you if you live near St. Gallen and like sitting in the same room with me.
- The phone suits you if you live far away, have little time or would rather get in touch from home.
- Video suits you if you don’t want to travel but would still like to see me.
In content, you get the same in all three forms: the overview of your energy field and answers to your questions, read from the field. The daily work on your field does not happen in any of the three forms, but in The Field (remote energy work). More on this under Understanding in the session, working in The Field.
Questions that come up often
- Is a session by phone as good as at the practice?
- I read your field from a distance just the same as at the practice. What differs is how you experience the session. In person it is more personal, and I can explain more to you.
- Do I have to come to St. Gallen for a session?
- No. The session is also available by phone and by video.
- What is the difference between phone and video?
- By video, you see me. What else is different, such as length and billing, has not yet been set down. More under The video session.
- Who calls whom for the phone session?
- I call you at the agreed time. More under The phone session.
- How is billing done?
- In person, the booked time counts, at least 30 minutes. By phone, the actual talking time counts, at least 15 minutes. For the video session, the time we talked counts, at least 10 minutes.
- What does a session cost?
- The prices are on the website.
